CampusConnect Student System

A university network needed one system for admissions, student records, timetabling and communication across multiple campuses.

Each campus had its own processes and data. Students applied through paper and email; administrators reconciled spreadsheets by hand.

A shared student information system with online admissions, configurable academic structures per campus and self-service portals for students and staff.

Applicants, students, faculty and administrators each get a portal shaped around their tasks, on top of one shared design system.

React portals over a Node.js API, PostgreSQL with campus-level partitioning, Redis for sessions and scheduling caches, and automated deployment per environment.

Rolled out campus by campus with data migration tooling and training material produced alongside the software.
